Electrolyte StrongForest Fruits

ICONFIT Electrolyte Strong is an electrolyte drink powder that combines sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium with vitamin C. Food supplement with sweetener. 200 g can, three flavours: Grapefruit, Forest Fruits and Apple.

Mix 6 g (1 heaped measuring scoop) with 300–500 ml of water in a shaker. Use as a food supplement during or after intense training, at most 2 times a day.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
